- Conduct bidding process
- Propose new supplier approval

2.Supplier performance management
- Set up and align performance KPIs with supplier
- Communicate the KPIs to supplier periodically
- Review PO
- Communicate with suppliers to make sure our specification/requirements/regulation understood.
- Supervise deliveries following up
3. Cost savings
- Bench masking with other subsidiaries
- Develop and implement bidding process
- Lead cost saving activities
- Control stock of material
- Report cost savings
4. Management
- Coaching, training, observating subordinates
- Develop talents

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification - University graduate
- 2 years in FMCG industrial
- Specialist about chemical & packaging; Negotiation skill; Analyzing data
- Accounting principle
- May require working overtime & travelling
- Working under high pressure; integrity, team work
- Influence in English; Good at computer
