Job summary

Responsibilities: - To manage the daily operation of the Showroom for a smooth operation, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction on a first – class brand image; - To recruit and deliver training to staffs - To welcome VIP Guests - To report to Director about operation and effectiveness of the Showroom - To perform other assignments as required
Requirements: - University graduate, major in Business Administration, Foreign Languages,Hospitality - Vietnamese female, 28 to 35 years of age - Having at least 3 years’ working experience in the relevant position in foreign owned companies. - Good command of English/ Japanese - Good knowledge and understanding of Japanese culture (social and business matters) - Good leadership skills, good management and planning skills - Good communication and presentation skills - Open-minded, good customer service skills
