MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist FM in management for finance staff
- To communicate with all banks for banking transactions such as loan conditions time deposit contract, reconciliation, forex transactions
- To verify daily payment voucher, check and compare it with internal regulations of the company and current government regulations
- To forecast cash flow to ensure the company' s payment abilities to the suppliers including project contractors
- To be in charge of project cost such as term of payment for project contractors, filling import documents for equipments and machineries
- To verify and approve data created by financial staff and convert this data into JDE system
- To assist FM to create financial staff JD
- To follow up the assigned job as requested
