Accountabilities
1. Forecast and planning
• Coordinate with other functions to manage well the Customer Demand Forecast tool; thus,
deliver accurate weekly and monthly production plan
• Order raw materials timely and accurately to match with production plan and ensure effective
finished goods in stock
• Manage production planning weekly, 3-week out
2. Distribution
• Ensure timely and sufficient distribution of finished goods for sales needs and delivery of raw
materials/ raw cases for production needs at branch
• Manage maintenance and distribution cost as per company regulations and plans
3. Warehouse management
• Manage and keep track the flow of raw cases at branch
• Manage warehouse activities, warehouse stock as per company regulations
4. Others
• Coach/ train PA team at branch for development and back-up resources to ensure full
capability for further business needs
• Other projects as per requested by National PA Manager and Location Head
