|
Deliver Division KPIs & Sales Results o Takes ownership for delivering results by understanding Sales KPI indicators, ASLF framework and PATD process o Analyze historical data, present performance & apply corrective action plans to boost sales/KPIs o Align Divisions actions to company objectives and strategies. Execution and follow-up/follow-through planned sales activities/programs
Team Coaching, Mentoring & Training (DST/IZM/SL) o Believe in ASLF & drive PATD by self application o Observing DST to drive ASLF/PATD coaching & training IZM in the field o Schedule field observation with DST/IZM/SL and use company field SBI coaching process to provide recognition, feedback for improvement, discuss action plans and follow-up for improving performance o Provides constructive feedback to raise team performance o Foster the development of DST/IZM/SL via effective role modeling, follow the prescribed PATD training program
Team Development & Motivation (DST/IZM/SL) o Measures performance via regular KPI reviews and field visits to observe and develop IZM/SLs o Takes responsibility and deal fairly/effectively with poor performers. Builds a potential candidate listing for each Zone ahead of potential vacancies by leveraging daily opportunities to generate new leads o Ensure DST/IZM have a clear understanding of the Division goals, guidelines, policies and link recognition/rewards to these goals o Conduct regular campaign meeting with DST/IZM/SL to create high energy, positive attitude and outstanding performance o Champions and commits to the personal development & business goals of individuals via PMP process
CDC front end (CDC staff) o Ensure nice appearance & grooming of CDC staff to project company’s Beauty Image at all times o Educate & train on good customer service rendered to internal/external customer at CDCs (in person or telephone call) – greet, smile, friendly and result oriented o Ensure knowledge and understanding on company product knowledge, PATD/ASLF o Timely update, communicate and ensure follow-up on sales/marketing program to IZMs/SLs
Communications o Communicates performance results to Senior Management and Division Sales team o Uses communication techniques and creativity to manage and motive the team to achieve targets o Manages conflict in a business-focused and professional manner o Apply open communication and provide field feedback on crucial information to Senior Management to help enhance and improve key strategies
Others o Expense Management & validation. o Manage Division activities within allocated budget o Monthly scheduling & planning o Organize events – sales rally, IZM/SL meetings, etc o Administration – report submission, etc and o Other task as assigned
