• Implement marketing activities according to plan • In charge for POSM Development • Contributing to enhance merchandising in Modern trade and Traditional channel • Hold, supervise and review special events • Negotiate with customers on trade-marketing activities (merchandising, promotions, renting spaces …) and special out-store events in collaboration with the sales manager • Monitor and follow up your category’s turnover and results • Be responsible for the performance of the forecasting process for the brands in your portfolio and assess the gaps • Implement marketing activities on monthly/ or project/ activities plan from MM • Responsible for field – work, which including: Installation POS in store Marketing activities supervise and check in store Market survey if requires • In charge for POSM developments, which including: Develop POS design, usages and budget according to MM instruction Manage and work with agencies to get best price and good quality Proceed the production POSM Manage and control the using of POSM • Hold supervise and review special events Recruit necessary human resource for events Resource-up with inhouse staff and other partners for events Build key relationships during the events Monitor and review all aspects relevant to special events Working in collaboration with sales team to develop merchandising On permanent shelf: check, feedback status to MM, work out solution to enhance merchandising Implement polarogram on promotional display and permanent display
