> - Fluent in English & Vietnamese language (written, spoken,
> understood with particular emphasis on legal)
> - University degree in Law or Communication, preferably with
> overseas living/ studying exp.
> - Successful Professional exp. In govement administration
> (preferably MoH, MoT, MPI, MARD, Committee for Family and Population),
> Communication, Consultancy or Media

> - Outstanding network and enjoying high personal esteem among senior
> members of above authorities
> - Deep understanding of the functioning of the Vietnamese political
> system
> - Has lived and worked in Vietnam for at least 10 yrs in the recent

> - Prior professional or personal exp. In relevant ministries/ NGO's
