- Sales "Hunter" willing / able to go out and find/create deals. - Must have experience of working through an organised selling process to create a 'solutions sale' . - Must have experience of working with an aggressive sales target. - Bachelor/ Master degree in Business/ Finance/ Accounting. - Strong written and spoken English. - IT background is acceptable (but not essential). - Business knowledge from many industries with working experience in a relevant field. - Experience in sales business application solutions, preferably in Finance/ Accounting systems or ERP such as Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, Exact etc. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, skills; - Proven presentation skills to senior management or large groups - Highly organised and able to 'multi-task' handle many leads at any one time. - Open minded, collaborative, - Patient and persistent to follow the long term sales process (9 - 12 months or longer)
