Job summary TRG is a leading provider of business software to the Vietnamese market. They have a strong track record and are well established. Due to expansion of the business they are now looking for well qualified people to join their business development team to work with their world class selling process in building up the business.

- Responsible for selling Business Applications: Financial/accounting application and others (as Manufacturing, CRM, Supply Chain..)
+ Study/ acquire information from market (any market sector, however probably not insurance).
+ Identify/ qualify prospect.
+ convert them into sale by creating a bespoke software solution that meets the customer needs.
+ Work closely with the consultant team to:
- collect and analysis customer's requirements,
- make proposal/ quotation,
- demonstrate the best/ suitable solution.
+ Dealing/ persuading customer to close successfully the contract.
+Work with the consultants to implement the solution.
+ Build up and maintain a good relationship with customer during implementation.
+ Hand over the customer to a customer services team for ongoing support.

Suit someone who is looking to build their selling skills and creating a pipeline of customer prospects in any market that the company is not currently active.

Aggressive sales commission plans with monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. Existing staff earn more than 100% of their base salary in sales commissions.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification - Sales "Hunter" willing / able to go out and find/create deals.
- Must have experience of working through an organised selling process to create a 'solutions sale' .
- Must have experience of working with an aggressive sales target.
- Bachelor/ Master degree in Business/ Finance/ Accounting.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- IT background is acceptable (but not essential).
- Business knowledge from many industries with working experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in sales business application solutions, preferably in Finance/ Accounting systems or ERP such as Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, Exact etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, skills;
- Proven presentation skills to senior management or large groups
- Highly organised and able to 'multi-task' handle many leads at any one time.
- Open minded, collaborative,
- Patient and persistent to follow the long term sales process (9 - 12 months or longer)
