a. Communicate and implement policy per local law

2. Liaison
a. With government agencies
b. Trade bodies – Chamber of commerce, Industry associations
c. US Consulate and other embassies for visas
d. Networking to keep abreast of latest developments in the industry
3. Statutory Compliance
a. Company law
b. Federal and state taxes
c. Labor laws
d. Exchange control regulations as per State Bank of Vietnam
e. Import and export regulations
f. Maintain statutory books of accounts
g. Preparations audited financial statements
h. Registrations and furnishing of periodic returns to various to various Government bodies
4. Operations
a. Liaison and development of vendors
