Job summary

Project Management:
1. Estimating project timescales, effort and resourcing 2. Project accounting 3. Negotiating project timescales, effort and resourcing with our clients 4. Write the specification's book after getting all information from the client 5. Preparing software proposals and project plans 6. Support customers in warranty system and deal with problems from customers (if any) 7. Collaboration with other departments (Marketing, Account) 8. Resolving project management and technical issues together with the client 9. Managing project change requests: estimating, and assessing impact on project plans 10. Client satisfaction by delivering outstanding results on-time as planned 11. Managing and reporting project progress, issues, solutions 12. In addition, Technical Manager will drive the development & support strategy for maintaining and enhancing existing applications & products as well is one of the key contributors to the planning and strategic business development of all online products by involving in product ideas, certain tech-related researches and solutions. 13. Report to Managing Director
Team Management:
1. Selecting, organizing, coaching and managing his team (web designers, webmaster, Flash designer and programmer, Graphic Designer, programmers) to fully responsible for works done 2. Manage technical team and assign job for them 3. Be sure that his team finish and respect the specification's book of the client 4. Responsible for training technical team when having new program, software, etc...
