Job summary Revenue Generation / Sales Acquisition & Reporting: Setting revenue targets for existing and new clients

1. Working closely with the MD to plan sales strategies an targets
2. Experience in setting revenue targets for existing and new clients
3. Working closely with Marketing Manager to drive sales and build the business – selling Online Marketing Solutions – Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, e-Coupons / Sponsorship Marketing and other Premium Products.
4. Evaluate customer’s existing and potential needs and make appropriate recommendations.
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance with appropriate action as needed
6. Prepare sales reports for the MD in compliance with targeted plan and meeting deadlines



Business Development / Client Services: Driving the ‘pitch’ process for new business and ‘sales’ process to existing clients and partners


1. Being proactive in seeking new clients and generating more projects from existing clients
2. Cold calling – appointment setting for all company products and services

3. Contract closure – ability to affectively handle objections and efficiently close contracts
4. Understand clients’ overall business and immediate needs and provide creative solutions to client issues and problems
5. Understanding company’s core business offering and convincingly selling the same to clients
6. Strategic thinking to come up with business models that will address client’s business needs
7. Prepare presentations, proposals, client briefs and sales contracts
8. Face to face professional client presentations
9. Develop project plans and manage projects from inception to project execution phase
10. Analyze the root cause of customer dissatisfaction and provide creative solutions to prevent future similar situations


Management & Orchestration: Allocating tasks and supervising of sales resource and monitoring progress of tasks

a. Managing the sales team
b. Prepare work schedules, processes and templates for sales resource
c. Perform on-the-job training and clear guidance for sales resource
d. Provide daily supervision of sales resource and collect daily reports and field feedback
e. Recruit sales resource as required
f. Work with the MD to develop the sales plans
g. Work closely with the MD to improve the sales functions and productivity
h. Knowledge of core functions and processes of all departments
i. Breaking up one project into its various components
j. Clear and single minded briefing capability to all departments
k. Time management skills

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification 1. To be successful you will have exceptional communication and negotiation skills and will thrive working in a challenging sales focused environment.
2. A Direct Marketing Sales related experience / background perhaps in the publishers, advertising agencies, digital on-line, e-marketing, related web services, etc.
3. Good understanding and/or experience of Online Marketing, e-business would be an advantage.
4. Sales experience – cold calling, client presentations, closing deals / contracts
5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
6. Excellent sales skills and demonstration ability to meet or exceed performance standards
7. Working under pressure and team-work
8. Marketing knowledge needed
9. Quick to build rapport with clients.
10. Highly energetic and initiator
11. English language – written & verbal. Must be able to write reports in English
