Job summary

Marketing Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for carrying out and active role in implementing and executing business plans and marketing activities 2. Manage all aspects of company operated websites online presence and marketing activities, online activations, media strategy to ensure we attract, increase and retain members / consumers and sponsors through a superior online experience. 3. Manage web content and offer design advice to the business 4. Develop and drive campaigns to deliver increase traffic 5. Manage CRM tool and execute all direct marketing activities 6. Developing programs and promotional campaigns to drive website traffic 7. Maximize company core business by crafting site promotions, email newsletters, and online outreach campaigns 8. Lead, manage and motivate the marketing and content team towards the achievement of target and objectives set by the company. 9. Develop a sales strategy for marketing channels that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. 10. Manage all aspects of the monitoring, analysis and implementation for content marketing in all marketing channels in collaboration with the Content / Copywriter Team and Development Team. 11. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. 12. Build and maintain strong PR rapport with all marketing channels to ensure these channels provide maximum publicity to company products and services, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. 13. Consistently track and report on market changes including competitive / economic issues relating to the industry. 14. Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports. 15. Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Sales Responsibilities:
16. Working closely with the MD to plan sales strategies an targets 17. Experience in setting revenue targets for existing and new clients 18. Working closely with Sales Team to drive sales and build the business – selling Online Marketing Solutions – Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, e-Coupons / Sponsorship Marketing and other Premium Products. 19. Monitor and analyze sales performance with appropriate action as needed 20. Prepare sales reports for the MD in compliance with targeted plan and meeting deadlines 21. Lead the sales team
