Job summary Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Lead in the marketing management of assigned products, so as to achieve annual volume sales, operating profit and other business objectives

2. Assist in the development of product and marketing opportunities which are consistent with company product and brand strategies and which build brand share, and volume, while maximizing overall returns.

3. Prepare a yearly marketing communication & material plan detailing the complete range of marketing literature, seminar, exhibition, joint activities, product launch and other promotional items required to support the planned marketing activities.

4. To handle communication and relationships with key industry influencers, analysts, press, and partners; and to lead and manage outside PR and advertising agencies, designers, vendors, writers, and consultants.

5. Designing and developing a range of corporate and field marketing materials including press releases, collateral, direct response, advertising, website content, seminars, trade show/conference materials, sales tools, etc. within the budget and meeting brand guidelines, expected quality and on-time delivery

6. Established with Marcom teams throughout the region, incorporate into latest regional Marcom programs

7. Control all promotional material stocks and material reordering in addition to managing a library containing all past and present literature.

8. Develop & administrating the website and assisting in content creation and layout development for internal and external communications.

9. Work closely with the sales team, trade marketing and marketing director and external groups, particularly designers/printers/producers, to ensure all materials are produced to the expected quality, within budget and are delivered on time.

Communication and Collaborative Execution

1. Create and maintain powerful cross-functional relationships with the sales team
2. Act as the primary liaison on sales issues with other department
3. Regularly collaborate with remote sales teams in different regions.
4. Build an effective network with peer groups and share and leverage best practice
5. Upward management of ideas, concepts and competitive positioning to help shape management thinking & decisions
6. Decisively and consistently lead external partners in order to meet the strategic and commercial goals of the company.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification 1. Knowledge & Skills: Understanding of brand values, equity, strategy and the tools of the marketing mix, Presentation Skills, Excellence in planning, implementing, execution and evaluation of marketing programs, Ability to manage (remotely) and lead a team (potential)
2. Education, Training, Qualifications: Bachelor degree in business management, marketing, communication or similar
3. Experience: International consumer brand marketing experience preferably, at least 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
4. Personality: Teamwork, Willing to travel and, Highly organized and detail-oriented
5. Physical Requirement: Fit and healthy.
6. Age: Approximately 30 years old.
7. Languages: Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
