Job summary

• Oversees all Finance and Accounting Elements of the Vietnam Entity
• Develops Strong Financial and Accounting Controls, Reporting and Processes
• Strong Analytical background with prior experience with long range planning and annual budgeting
• Works closely with External Auditors to achieve best in class accounting practices
• Oversee Financial reporting, banking, auditing, tax, budgeting and forecasting
• Manages the timely preparation of all financial and accounting related reporting
• Oversees Manufacturing Accounting/Financial Systems and Reporting
• Assists in the evaluation and selection of ERP (sku level) manufacturing costing system
• Partners with USA Controller regarding knowledge sharing and GAAP related reporting requirements
• Offer see the evaluation and hiring of Vietnam Accounting Team and hires/develops team as needed to improve bench strength
