Strategy and Planning - Provide advice and support to Wholesale Head on correspondent banks product landscape and opportunities - Oversee the business planning and budgeting process for customers Business performance - Develop and manage relationship with financial institution clients, particularly state institutions - Develop wholesale business with FI - Forecast policy trends and impact from interactions with FI - Recommend actions to address impact on wholesale banking business from changes in policy and financial services landscape - Approve deposit, FX, L/C line within competency - Identify, evaluate and accept product/services offered by correspondent banks for improvement in earning from FI in terms of fee based income - Strengthen Bank's international networking by establishing relationship with correspondent bankers as to ensure receiving adequate support & services, good pricing for treasury dealing and services, trade services and remittance services - Manage country & counter party risk within the Risk mgmt methodology framework
