Main Responsibilities: - Overall responsible for the performance and productivity of all staffs working for the company in Hanoi - Responsible for the legality in HR issues - Adjust, supplement and promulgate the Labor Regulation, HR policies, procedures, documents and stipulations to sales staff corresponding to company's business situation - Conduct internal survey and diagnose for HR matters, follow up the implementation of organization development to increase employees' satisfaction and productivity - Set up and maintain the system of performance evaluation. Suggest promotion, rewards and discipline - In charge of recruiting activities to fill the vacancies for all departments such as posting recruitment advertisement, searching CV, screening, interviewing and short-list - Transfer & assign staffs reasonably to maximize their capacities and exploit the human resources effectively - Coordinate to make a manpower plan and develop key staff. - Update & maintain employee profile, maintain hard copy and electronic HR filing system - Prepare Labor Contract and follow up - Prepare monthly payroll, PIT report, headcount, turn-over rate, report to Labor Service. - Responsible for social & medical insurance, compensation & benefits - Solving conflict, internal contradiction - Implement the procedure of discipline, resignation, dismissal, end of Labor Contract, severance allowance - Do paper-work concerning to HR
