Role Summary/Purpose - Internal : Responsible for growing sales of lighting & Industrial products in Vietnam
Essential Responsibilities - Internal : Responsible for growing sales of lighting product Vietnam. Product include, but not limit to: lamps (Specialty, Auto, Stage & Studio, OEMs, CFL, LFL, Halogen, HID, etc.,) and fixtures (office, commercial, industrial, area, roadway, flood, etc).·
Manage direct projects account in promoting Lighting & Industrial products sales. And project manage the sales execution.
Responsible for covering key accounts of lighting products. e.g., Sp! ecialty, Auto, Stage & Studio, OEMs
Develop new distributors, distribution network channels and grow existing client base
Develop and implement key account plans and strategies
Gain comprehensive understanding of competition in assigned sales territory including go to market strategy, strengths and weaknesses
Proactively identifies new opportunities and utilizes necessary resources to close those opportunities.
Customer contact/assistance, including site visits
Assist the Country Manager to expand brand and market share
Coordinate effort between the Marketing, Product Manager & Sales to formulate Go to market Strategy & Implementation (incl. NPI execution).
Exceed sales & revenue goals and achieve assigned objectives
