Job summary
|
1. Job Purpose
To plan the capacity of, manage and supervise the operations of North tollers including Production, QA and HSE&S performance to ensure their operations to meet the requirements of Company's standards and of the business’s needs.
2. Key accountibilities
• Establish the knowledge of North tollers’ capability and to make proposal for toller selection
• Understand the business plan for North market and to establish the most effective plan for sourcing in North in terms of quality, service and cost
• Work with tollers for capacity planning projects
• Work with the tollers for quotation of conversion cost and seek for initiatives to drive the cost down
• Coordinate with tollers and functional departments to roll out agreed S&OP targets to tollers and monitor its delivery
• Coordinate with other stakeholders to solve any issues of supply
• Monitor and report monthly KPI of tollers’ operations
• Ensure the reporting of tollers’s production data are input timely into company systems
• Supervise the daily operations at the tollers to ensure the company's QA requirements are observed
• Investigate and solve quality issues based on the feedback from customers
• Review regularly the supply chain activities to optimise the operations for cost effectiveness
• Coordinate with other functional departments to conduct annual audits at tollers and drive the implementation of improvement plans
• Assess the HSE&S risks involved in the tollers’s operations; discuss, agree and monitor the improvement plans with the tollers
3. Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree of Technology Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Assurance / Production management in MNC
• Quality management system ISO9000
• Knowledge of Production and supply chain management
• HSE&S knowledge and best practices in manufacturing industries
