Job title HR Manager

Job summary • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR management function for respective faculties.
• Manages reviews and budgets for effective Compensation & Benefits (headcount, staff cost, compensation, staff welfare & benefit in line with business plan).
• To provide professional input on HR policies, procedures and manuals.
• Ensure that they are orientated towards achieving the company's objective and that they are understood & comply with by all levels of personnel.
• Set the priorities and objectives to the team to handle the calculation and payment of bonus and salary based on scheme and approval.
• Ensures all payroll activities are complied with Labor and Tax Law, and are correctly recorded, authorized and submitted by due dates.
• Oversees and approves the accuracy of all personnel records.
• Conduct job and performance analysis for effective performance management.
• Responsible for the recruitment exercise. Leads the recruitment process based on the job requirements and manpower planning.
• Source for training provider to enhance the workforce of the company.
• To manage the HR & Admin department effectively and efficiently.
• The focus will be on HR Fundamentals, Organization Structure Improvement, etc.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification • Candidate must hold a recognized degree in Human Resource/Administration/Management with at least 5 years of working experience in related fields.
• Familiar with the principles and practice of HR management and competencies in recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, industrial relations and performance management.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, Labour Ordinance & Industrial Relations laws and practices.
• Good computer skills in MS Office and HR Management System.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal, communication.
• A matured team-player, resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and able to produce accurate work under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
• Experience in Union environment will be an added advantage.
