• Candidate must hold a recognized degree in Human Resource/Administration/Management with at least 5 years of working experience in related fields. • Familiar with the principles and practice of HR management and competencies in recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, industrial relations and performance management. • Good knowledge of Employment Act, Labour Ordinance & Industrial Relations laws and practices. • Good computer skills in MS Office and HR Management System. • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal, communication. • A matured team-player, resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality. • Strong organizational skills and able to produce accurate work under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines. • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written proficiency in English and Vietnamese. • Experience in Union environment will be an added advantage.
