Process:
• Support the management of resources and operational structures to meet contract requirements • Ensure sufficient resources are in place to effectively meet operational requirements. • Visible leadership and participation in all HSSE programs and activities; • Manage operational compliance of systems and processes. • Execute operations in alignment with business unit strategy • Assist within the country team environment on ad-hoc tasks as required. • Ensure all suppliers in place with the contract • Ensure KPI analysis in range with Operation result Customers:
• Fulfillment of customer’s distribution requirements. • Optimize and promote exceptional customer relationships for the company. • Identify/understand customer needs, demands and market challenges. • Maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate achievements of objectives and targets. • Deal effectively with queries from both internal and external customers. • Timely, accurate preparation of documents. • Maintain a high level of customer services to both internal and external customers
Finance:
• Minimize and effectively control operational costs. • Identify improvements in systems and procedures that will lead to increases in productivity and /or reduction in costs.
People:
• Recommend training requirements. • Assist with the development of employees to maximize their potential. • Facilitate regular, balanced assessment and feedback to employees on both an informal and formal basis. • Minimize the impact of operational and industrial issues across the contract. • Ensure understanding and compliance with policies. • Maintain positive relationships with managers, colleagues and external contacts to work effectively and facilitate achievement business unit targets. • Deal effectively with queries in a professional, efficient and helpful manner. • Ensure compliance with Fatigue Management Policies and Practices.
