Job summary POSITION SUMMARY

To assist Finance Manager (FM) in managing finance activities in both management accounting and financial accounting.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Management accounting works

1) To work out standard accounting policies and procedures to support company business
2) To assist FM in managing finance staffs. To supervise and ensure that subordinates carry out proper accounting transaction and that the Co.’s policies & procedures are adhered to
3) To handle internal and external customer' s inquiries and complaints
4) To work with local tax authorities
5) To work with internal and external auditors
6) To drive monthly and year end closing process
7) To manage the production and inventory accounting system
8) To manage the account receivable accounting system
9) To assist FM in credit control; to corporate with Corporate Affairs on legal action against the bad debt accounts
10) To assist FM in preparing the annual 3 year plan & budget. To maintain the reporting system to provide info. for managerial decisions
11) To implement and maintain the compliance of SCAN/SCOA in company
12) To supervise the preparation of company annual Financial Account Package under IAS and local statutory account, company financial statements to be submitted to Head office and local authorities.

II. Financial accounting works

1) To supervise the payable accounts to ensure adequate recording of the Company’s expenses and liabilities and that the suppliers are paid in time.
2) To work with banks on the banking transactions such as loan conditions; time deposit contract, forex transactions.
3) To verify financial documents such as payment vouchers, journal entries to ensure that they are in compliance with the Company’s policies and the government’s laws and regulations.
4) To forecast cash flow to ensure the company's daily payment abilities.
5) To manage the Company’s fixed assets system.

- University Degree in accounting – Finance
- At least 5 years working experience in the same position
- Good in English
- Computer literature
- Leadership skill, Communication skill
- Honest, Careful, accurate, attention to detail
- Chief accountant certificate
- Good knowledge about VAS and IAS
