Job summary
|
Management /co-ordination: Implement Marketing Plan working effectively with Sales. Make sure to get external endorsement of the product. Manage the budget within agreed limits. Involve Medical affairs, Marketing research, Sales, Regulatory affairs and external agencies in the development of products strategies and implementation. Act as the product champion to motivate the sales forces Foster the professional development of each member of sales forces staff regarding to his products managed. Provide accurate forecasts (medium term) to Supply Chain. Ensure adequate planning in Promo Mat needs and supply. Ensure performance and finality of contracts with Key customers. To optimise events, in collaboration with Purchase department and Communication to permanently improve Brand management. To launch new products/presentation. To organise communication for all brands that he/she manages. Strategies: Develop Marketing strategies for his/her products within budget limit, set objectives and propose budget for each product including Long Range Plan (LRP), Marketing Plan (annually), Production Plan Reporting (annually with monthly update). Implement Marketing Research and optimise permanently segmentation and targets. Monitor and control Marketing Plan to modify and adapt the marketing mix of activities to achieve sales objectives. Market intelligence: Maintain products, competitors and Health care environment knowledge. Perform competitive analysis on a routine basis and identify permanently information gaps.
