 Follow up with and co-ordinating in the evaluation of departmental and organization training activities
 Analyse of the training providers to choose the best one in terms of quality and cost effectiveness.
 Build up the training plan and training calendar for the whole company.
 Evaluate training supplier on a regular basis.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification Qualifications Required:
 Tertiary qualifications in human resources, economics or business or equivalent through experience.
 Bachelor degree.

Experience Required:
 Training & Development experience
 Fluent in spoken English, strong English writing skills
 Strong Computing skills in full suite of MS Applications

Other Requirements:
 Attention to detail
 Strong Process skills
 Good written and verbal communication skills
